What PerEighth is

PerEighth is an information-only directory. It doesn't sell cannabis, isn't a dispensary, and you can't buy anything through it. You buy from the store, which checks your ID.

21 and older

PerEighth is only for adults 21 and older, medical patients included, in states where cannabis is legal. In medical-only states, it's for registered medical patients only.

Where listings come from

Stores come from public records: the state regulator's license list, or the issuing Tribal authority's own published information for Tribal stores. Records can be out of date or wrong, and we don't promise that any listing, rule summary or other information is accurate, complete or current. Check with the store and your state's rules before you go.

Prices

When prices are shown, they're shown before tax, and any price with tax is an estimate. The store's own price at the register is what applies.

No accounts

There are no accounts and nothing to sign up for. PerEighth doesn't collect information about you beyond what the privacy page describes.

Links to other sites

Some listings link to a store's own website or to public records. Those sites aren't run by PerEighth, and what they say is up to them.
